2023 La Rose
Always seasonally appropriate, the 2023 La Rose is effortlessly textured with aromatic layers, bright fruit and a beautiful minerality and salinity. Our Provençal rosé was made in a very cool year, hand picked and gently pressed to create the subtle pink color. You’ll find only la creme de la creme in this production, leading to smaller quantities of exceptional quality.
It is the perfect companion to bright morning brunch, making memories with loved ones, and toasting to accomplishments big and small. The days may feel long, but the years move quickly. Everytime we open a bottle of La Rose, we’re transfixed by feelings held in sacred memories– whether that’s long summers in France or baking in our pajamas with family.

2023 Hommage Blanc
Our white Rhône blend is lovely on its own; Crisp, very balanced, a great length and a stunning complexity of aromas. Often, we hear it is a white wine for red drinkers. Full bodied with bright acidity, inspired by the whites of his childhood vineyards.

2021 Fleur de Solène
Made for my wife and my muse, Solène. One of her wishes for our portfolio, is to feature a wine that tastes great from the moment it is bottled and could age potentially for a decade. It greets you smoothly, with silky, chalky tannins and an elegant mineral finish, promising to age nicely.

2021 Harmonie
An ode to my French heritage and old-world roots, our harmonious Châteauneuf du Pape inspired blend envelops the aromas of Grenache and very elegant tannins on the mid-palate that will help this wine age for a decade or more. 100% sourced from Willow Creek AVA.

2022 Sweet Clémentine
For our oldest daughter, Clémentine. She was the sweetest thing I had ever seen, so in her honor I made a dessert wine, our Sweet Clémentine. Whether you like sweet wine or not, give this wine the chance to enchant your palate. We stop the fermentation halfway through by adding some local boutique brandy. In this way we keep some natural sweetness and fortify the juice to get a Banyuls’ style dessert wine. It shows more red wine characteristics than regular dessert wines and finishes just like a dry wine due to the balance of the sweetness. Accompanied with cheese or dessert or by itself, it will be the perfect ending for your dinner. It has aged in neutral oak for 15 months.

2022 L'Imprévu - Members Only
Returning Spring 2025 through membership only.
Due to the demand, I will say with my passion of sourcing fruit on very special blocks and creating something unique for our portfolio we are so happy to have it back and offering it as part of our Spring Release. We took a team trip to visit one of the king terroirs and weather for Pinot close to our area, Santa Rita Hills: Radian Vineyard, owned by the Hilt Winery who also owns Jonata and the Screaming Eagle in Oakville Napa Valley. After our visit and meeting with my friend Matt Dees, the winemaker, an exceptionally talented and genuine human being, I fell in love with the vineyard and it reignited the flame to bring back L’Imprevu. The color is deeper, more chalky tannin with extreme freshness on the finish, layered on the front to back. *We only made 130 cases, only 110 cases were bottled, available for the Spring Release. We saved 20 cases to intentionally barrel age another 5 months to discover what it could become. A waitlist will be made available for those collectors. SOLD OUT

The first red we started with in 2008, a tribute to my mentors, is a co-fermented Syrah with a hint of Grenache and Viognier. A balance of acidity, midpalate tannin structure, and elegent spices making it the perfect center piece wine for your table.

Your palate travels to Bordeaux on the left bank with this exquisite blend reminiscent of Margaux Appellation; the texture is lovely with grains of high-quality tannins making the finish seamless. This wine presents a large percentage of grapes from the estate with the famous clone, To Kalon.

2022 El Toro - Members Only
This wine was inspired by the Spanish Priorat of Catalonia composed of the Garnacha, the Grenache Spanish varietal. Guillaume created this elegant wine with all Willow Creek District fruit that showcases full-bodied mid-palate and an endless finish. Named "the bull" for a reason; It's powerful, graceful, and a little bit intimidating. A special blend waiting to become even more awe-inspiring with time. L'Expert Only.

2022 Cuvée Jean - Members Only
Named after Guillaume & Solene's son born in 2012. It comes from a cooler area in Santa Maria Valley to make this wine a little more like France's cool climate Syrah and inspired by Cote Rôtie. Similar to the Hommage à nos Pairs it was also co-fermented with Viognier, fermented with stem, the texture of this wine is outstanding that will age for more than a decade. This wine displays a brightness with broader tannins and much more pepper spices.

2023 En Coulisse - Members Only
Inspired by the Northern Appellation of Burgundy Chablis. It is vibrant with some tannin from the oak, with an acidity that will allow it to age nicely. The fruit is harvested from sites on the central coast where it is cooler and ripens later.

It is looking beautiful. With its subtle and gourmet aromas, the Cuvée Juliette Brut Sparkling Rosé, named after our third child, will be a perfect companion to your happiest moments with its sparkling radiant pink color, its amazing finesse and its great intensity. Its special method of vinification – Crafted Méthode Champenoise, is the traditional method used to produce sparkling wine in the Champagne region of France.
